- You mark the period. That is how you see if two jobs want the same stretch. The “they are on site 12” spreadsheet has no dates and lies on the 3rd.
- Load updates with what is assigned. [Future load](/producto/proyectos) is an indicative report, not a shift booking that has already been made.
- Hours in the “Hours by project” report hang from [Time](/producto/tiempo) when you allocate a working day. Assigning is not clocking in.
- Checking the overlap is still yours. An alert does not move the person and it does not email the client.
What does “visible load” mean (and why is it not the spreadsheet)?
