What the record gives you (and what it does not)
The Time module stores clock-in, clock-out, user and, if you turn it on, location. It supports the daily record and month-end. The digital royal decree is still not in the BOE: what is law today and what is September processing is in digital working-time records 2026.

A radius per site if you require it. Leave, rotas and approvals live with the clock-in.

By sector
The store geofence, Friday’s extra and the site timesheet are not configured the same way. The same clock-in, with the radius and rota of each trade, is on retail, hospitality and construction. The month does not end at clock-in: the invoice batch is reviewed when digitizing invoices.

- Yes. You set the radius per workplace. Home working or the office can follow another rule.
