The short answer
Collections in Vacly Banking track what is still outstanding on issued invoices and remittances already linked to those invoices: status, delay and a fit with the document. It is not the inbox that reads the PDF and it is not a remittance-file generator.
Anyone searching for “collections remittances issued invoices” usually has a sales-due spreadsheet, an email asking “have you been paid?” and a remittance no one knows came back. The work is to see what has not come in, not to rebuild the book on Friday.
Banking pricing is on request, according to the modules you contract. 15-day trial. Facturación holds the issued invoice. Fiscal holds the form. Here you track the collection.
What is tracking of collections and remittances?
It is the list of what should come in against invoices you have already issued, and of remittances tied to those invoices. Seeing the outstanding item is not collecting it at the bank.
- Outstanding collection: the issued invoice that still has no inbound credit. Without this list, the treasury balance guesses.
- Remittances: tracking of those already linked to issued invoices. We do not claim generation of a remittance file.
- Fit with invoices: the collection hangs from the issued invoice that lives in Facturación. Banking is not the PDF inbox.
- Delay alerts: you see what has gone past its date. The alert does not file a form and it does not chase the customer for you.
- Part of the [Banking module](/producto/bancos). Distinct from [payments](/producto/bancos/bancos-pagos), which looks at the outbound side.
What does the outstanding item cover, and what does the remittance cover?
A single invoice waiting for a transfer is not the same as a remittance that grouped several issued invoices.
- Outstanding collection: one issued invoice, one amount, one date. The customer has not paid yet or the credit has not been matched.
- Linked remittance: several issued invoices grouped in a batch that already exists. Here you follow the batch; we do not invent it or send it to the bank.
- The fit with the invoice avoids collecting twice or marking the wrong invoice as paid.
- When a transaction lands, [reconciliation](/producto/bancos/bancos-conciliacion) suggests the match. You confirm.
- We do not claim direct debit, a file standard or a send to the institution.
What does the delay alert do, and what does it not do?
Seeing that the date has passed does not collect the invoice. The customer pays, or the bank does when the credit lands.
Delay alert
The overdue issued invoice is visible. It is there so you can call, or so treasury does not paint extra cash.
Fit with the issued invoice
The document sits in Facturación. Here you track collection status; you do not read the PDF again.
Not execution
We do not launch the collection and we do not generate the file. We track the outstanding item and the remittance already linked.
What is this screen not (and what should it not sell you)?
Tracking a collection is not issuing the invoice, filing VAT or talking to the bank for you.
- It is not the [Facturación](/producto/facturacion) inbox. The issued invoice is born there; here you track whether it has come in.
- It does not file forms with the AEAT. That, if you use it, is in [Fiscal](/producto/fiscal).
- It does not generate remittance files or send them to the institution. Tracking is of the batch already linked.
- It is not [payments](/producto/bancos/bancos-pagos) to suppliers and creditors. Collection is inbound; payment is outbound.
- It is not a certified forecast. [Treasury](/producto/bancos/bancos-tesoreria) uses these outstanding items and is indicative.
