Who stores the document, and who only consults it?

- The document manager is the shared firm-client repository: statuses, missing items, search. That is not Docs.
- Docs lets the agent consult what is already there. It does not claim to upload the file, classify it or sign it.
- Learn and SOLIA can use that consultation. Using it is not sending email, filing a form or posting a journal.
- If the PDF is not in Administration, Docs does not invent it. The page is thin because the archive already has an owner.
What does “consult, not repository” mean?
Some software sells “docs” as a second archive. This screen does not. The caveat is the product.
