2. Working time is recorded separately
Clock-in and clock-out live in Time. Payroll does not rebuild the month if the hours are not closed.

3. Generate, send and file
The payslip comes from Payroll, it can be sent, and the employee acknowledges receipt in the portal.

The working time that feeds payroll
Daily records are already required by article 34.9 of the Workers’ Statute. The royal decree on digital records was still unpublished in the official gazette on 9 October 2026.

The Payroll module page publishes its price with VAT included. This page does not convert it into a VAT-excluded amount. Time tracking has its own band.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the payroll programme?
No. The payroll page is generation, sending and signature. This one brings payroll, contracts, the portal and the link to time tracking together.
Does it replace the accountancy firm?
No. Labour judgement stays with the firm. Vacly is the working layer for the company and the portfolio.
Does it include clock-in?
Clock-in is the Time module and has its own page. Closed hours are the basis for payroll. They are not calculated inside the payslip.
