What is funded?
Eligible projects are those that reinforce business competitiveness and generate economic impact and opportunities in nuclear transition zones, aligned with the cluster's strategic challenges. They may relate to strategic change through technological or business model innovation, international connection and cooperation, talent development, and economic, social and environmental sustainability through shared value.
Who can apply and requirements?
Companies and support agents located or in the process of locating in one of the beneficiary municipalities of the Nuclear Transition Fund may be beneficiaries.
Application period
From 09:00 on the day after the Resolution is published in the DOGC until 14:00 on the date established in the 2026 call.
Eligible actions and expenditure
Competitive reinforcement projects are those that include actions by the cluster, companies or support agents to improve strategic positioning, maximise results and outperform competition. They may relate to strategic change (technological innovation or business models), international connection and cooperation, talent detection and development, and economic, social and environmental sustainability (shared value).
- a) Third-party services and external expenditure. Contracting between participants is not eligible.
- b) Staff expenditure.
- c) Coordination expenditure invoiced by the coordinator.
- d) For the applicant only: cost of the justification report by a statutory auditor. One report per participant, same auditor. Maximum eligible cost accepted: 2,000€ for all reports.
Execution period
Projects may be carried out between 1 January 2026 and 30 June 2027.
No extensions to this period will be granted.

Procedures
- Sol·licitud: Grant application: according to the standard form on Canal Empresa (canalempresa.gencat.cat).
- Resolució: Decision: notification by publication on the e-Bulletin Board (tauler.gencat.cat). The application implies a request for an 80% advance on the amount granted, without providing guarantees. Payment is made directly to each participant.
- Justificació: Justification: at most within two months after project completion, according to the model on Canal Empresa. Modality: justification account with auditor's report.
- 80% advance on the amount granted from the date of award.
