The short answer
RED authorisations in Vacly Administrativo show which authorisation you hold per client company and when it expires. Without that piece, the rest of the TGSS filings do not start. It is not an enrolment, not a digital certificate and it does not homologate Vacly Solutions SL before the TGSS.
Anyone searching for “RED authorisation advisory firm” usually finds the hole on hire day: the certificate is there, the payslip is there and RED replies that there is no authorisation. The work is to see it earlier, per company, not on Friday at six.
Administrativo is included with the Labour module · advisory firms. 15-day trial. It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm. Official filing uses the company’s certificate. A human reviews; Vacly is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS.
What is a RED authorisation per client company?
It is the permission the TGSS requires to operate in Sistema RED on that company’s behalf. Without it, the filing does not go out. The software tracks it; it does not invent it.
- One authorisation per client company: the advisory book does not share a single “RED pass” for everyone.
- Expiry: the authorisation runs out. The alert does not renew it at the TGSS. If it expires, the rest does not start.
- Fit with filings: hires, leavers, changes and the [history](/producto/administrativo/admin-tramites) hang from this piece.
- A different thing from the certificate: the [store](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) holds the key. The authorisation says whether RED lets you use it for that company.
- It is not Vacly homologation. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the TGSS. The authorisation belongs to the company or its authorised party.
Why does the rest not start without the authorisation?
RED does not argue. If there is no live authorisation for that company, the hire does not go out even if the contract is signed.
- [Hire](/producto/administrativo/admin-tgss-alta), [leaver](/producto/administrativo/admin-tgss-baja) and [change](/producto/administrativo/admin-tgss-variacion) need authorisation and certificate. Miss one and the filing stays in the drawer.
- The advisory firm sees the book: which client has an authorisation and which is about to expire. The SME sees its own.
- The TGSS pending report is indicative: it lists what has not gone out. It does not file for you.
- Signing from [Windows](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados-windows) does not replace the authorisation. Two requirements, not one.
- A human confirms the send. An agent does not file the hire with the TGSS. Official filing uses the company’s certificate.
Three checks: company, expiry and fit
The authorisation is not an eternal tick. Three facts avoid “we thought we could file”.
Per company
Each client company has its own. Mixing authorisations is the error this screen exists to avoid.
Expiry
You see which authorisation is running out. The alert does not write to the TGSS. Renewal is an official act, not an invented button.
Fit with filings
Without a live authorisation, the rest of RED does not start. Filing history makes that visible; it does not fix it.
What is this page not (and what should it not sell you)?
Tracking the authorisation is not being the TGSS and it is not replacing the advisory firm.
- It is not the hire, the leaver or the change. It is the condition for those filings to start.
- It is not the [digital certificate](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) or [being up to date](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificaciones). Key, permission and stamp are three things.
- It does not replace the adviser or the authorised RED party. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the TGSS.
- It is not Fiscal and it is not the [111 withholdings filing](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-111). RED is Social Security; the 111 is an AEAT payroll trámite.
- It does not file on its own. An agent does not send to the TGSS. Official filing uses the company’s certificate and a human.
FAQ
Can I file a hire without a RED authorisation?
No. Without a live authorisation for that company, the rest of the TGSS filings do not start. That is the piece.
Does Vacly obtain the authorisation for me?
We do not claim an automatic authorisation enrolment. You track the ones you hold per client company and their expiry.
Is it the same as the digital certificate?
No. The certificate is the key. The RED authorisation is the TGSS permission for that company.
Is Vacly homologated by the TGSS?
No. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm.
Does the expiry alert renew the authorisation?
No. It warns. Renewal is an act before the TGSS. If it expires, filings do not start.
What does it cost and how do we try it?
Included with the Labour module · advisory firms. The trial is 15 days. There is no stand-alone euro price for Administrativo.
