The short answer
Certifications in Vacly Administrativo request and file being up to date (and related papers) per company, with alerts for when a tender or a bank asks to see it. It is not a list of loose AEAT stamps. It is not the [digital-certificate store](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados).
Anyone searching for “being up to date certificate” usually has an April PDF in email and a tender pack that asks for it in August. The work is the per-company archive and the alert, not an orphan stamp in Downloads.
Administrativo is included with the Labour module · advisory firms. 15-day trial. It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. A human reviews what is requested and what is stored.
What does it mean to archive being up to date per company?
It means keeping the certification that the company is up to date on the company record, not in a loose inbox. It is there when a third party asks. Vacly does not issue the stamp.
- Being up to date: the tax or TGSS certification the body issues. Vacly requests and archives it; it does not invent it.
- Archive per company: each book client has its own. The SME has the one for its tax ID. A PDF without a record is a loose stamp.
- Alerts: you get a warning when it expires or is missing. The alert does not request the document from the Agency on its own without a human.
- Tenders and banks: that is the usual use. The pack or the institution asks for the paper; you have it in the archive.
- It is not a list of loose AEAT stamps. If there is no company, there is no certification that counts.
What is it for: tenders, banks and the archive?
The document is not requested for collecting. It is requested because a third party will not sign without it.
- Tender: the pack asks for being up to date. The per-company archive avoids “we asked yesterday and it is not here”.
- Bank: the institution asks for the same kind of paper for a facility or an account. It is not the [digital certificate](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) used to sign.
- Advisory book: you see who has a live one and who does not. The Pending documents report is indicative.
- The official request uses the [company certificate](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados). A human starts and reviews. Vacly is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS.
- The [notices inbox](/producto/administrativo/admin-notificaciones) may bring a related alert. It does not replace this certification.
Three uses: up to date, archive and third parties
Some people mix this page up with the .p12 store. They are different products.
Being up to date
The certification the body issues. Vacly requests and stores it. It is not a Vacly Solutions SL stamp.
Archive per company
It lives on the record, not in Downloads. The advisory firm does not mix A’s PDF with B’s tender.
Tenders and banks
The usual destination. Alerts so you do not reach the pack with an expired paper. The alert files nothing.
What is this certification not (and what should it not sell you)?
Archiving being up to date is not signing, not Fiscal and not a stamp of our own.
- It is not a list of loose AEAT stamps. Without a company, the PDF is useless.
- It is not the [digital-certificate store](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) or [Windows](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados-windows). Those sign filings; this evidences debts.
- It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS.
- It is not the [111](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-111) or the VAT settlement in [Fiscal](/producto/fiscal). Being up to date does not calculate the period.
- It does not file forms or send emails on its own. An agent does not request the paper from the Agency without a human.
