The short answer
Signing with the Windows-store certificate means using the one already installed on the machine, without copying it again to every place. It is the workstation certificate. It is not the [store per client company](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) and it does not homologate Vacly Solutions SL.
Anyone searching for “Windows digital certificate signing” usually has the same .p12 on three USB sticks and a colleague who “already installed it” on another PC. The work is to sign the filing with the machine’s certificate, not to multiply copies.

What does it mean to sign with the Windows-store certificate?
It means using the certificate the system already has installed on that machine. It is not uploading it to the cloud again and it is not inventing a second seal.
- Windows-store certificate: the one already on the signer’s PC. We do not invent an install ritual you cannot see in the product.
- Signing filings: RED, forms and whatever the company certificate covers. Signing is not sending without review.
- Fewer loose copies: you avoid the .p12 in email and the USB in a bag. One fewer copy is one fewer risk.
- For advisory firm and SME: the firm’s desk and the company’s desk can sign with what is already installed.
- It does not replace the [book store](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados). Windows is the machine; the store is the client company.
Why sign from the machine (and not from one more USB)?
Each copy of the certificate is a door. The Windows store does not delete the certificate: it stops it living in five places at once.
- The company certificate is still the company’s. Windows only says “this desk already has it”.
- If the certificate expires, neither Windows nor Vacly renews it. The expiry alert lives in the [store](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados).
- Without a [RED authorisation](/producto/administrativo/admin-autorizaciones), signing from Windows does not start the TGSS filing.
- The [111](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-111) and the [190](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-190) are reviewed first. The machine certificate does not file on its own.
- An agent does not send the form or the email. A human confirms. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS.

We do not sell a “magic connector”. We sell fewer copies and the same key you already have on the machine.

The certificate installed on the machine. We do not claim a branded picker, a driver or a reader that is not in the product.
Signing filings
The filing is signed with that key. Official sending is closed by whoever is authorised, with the company’s certificate.
Fewer loose copies
You stop mailing the .p12 around. Fewer copies is not less responsibility: the certificate is still the company’s.
What is this screen not (and what should it not sell you)?
Windows is not the book, not Fiscal and not a seal.
- It is not the [store per company](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados). If the advisory firm has twenty clients, that assignment lives there.
- It does not install the certificate for you or renew it at the FNMT. If it is not in Windows, there is nothing to sign.
- It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm. Signing from the machine does not homologate you.

- It does not file forms or post journals on its own. An agent does not send. Official filing uses the company’s certificate and a human.
