The sales-customer directory: tax ID, issued-invoice history, due dates and a fit with collections. It is not the book of companies the advisory firm runs.

The short answer

The invoicing-customer record is the sales-customer directory: tax ID and details, issued-invoice history, due dates and a fit with collections. It is not the advisory-firm book (the companies you advise).

Anyone searching for “invoicing customer record” or “sales customer directory” needs to know who was billed, what is overdue and how the collection fits. Mixing it with the firm’s client book duplicates records and loses due dates.

Vacly Facturación is priced in Soles, pay-as-you-go. 15-day trial. The record does not file anything with the AEAT.

What is an invoicing customer (and what is the advisory-firm book not)?

It is who you issue the invoice to: a buyer with a tax ID, a history and due dates. It is not the SME the firm runs in labour, tax or accounts.

  • A sales-customer directory. The record exists so you can invoice, not to “have the firm’s client” on another list.
  • The advisory-firm book is the list of companies you advise. It lives in another logic (labour, time, tax). This screen does not replace it.
  • If you are an SME, these are your commercial customers. If you are a firm, they are who you bill for your service — not the headcount you run for them.
  • Without a record there is no reliable history and no due date you can follow. A spreadsheet of names is not a sales directory.
  • It does not certify the customer and it does not register them with the AEAT. It stores tax ID and details so you can issue and follow up.

What does the record hold: tax ID, details and invoice history?

The record is not a business card. It is the anchor of what was issued and what falls due.

  • Tax ID and sales-customer details. Without a coherent tax ID, the invoice comes out wrong and the export complains later.
  • History of invoices issued to that record. You see what was billed, not a search through email.
  • Converted quotes point here too: history per customer does not start on invoice day.
  • We do not claim scoring, an opportunities CRM or an automatic census with the tax agency. It is record, history and due dates.
  • Two records for the same tax ID are two truths. The directory stops the ghost customer.

How do you follow due dates and the fit with collections?

Issuing the invoice does not close. You need to see what falls due and how the collection fits.

Due dates

The record shows what is outstanding and when. Not a reminder on a personal calendar.

Fit with collections

The sales customer connects to the collection. We do not claim this screen is treasury or the Banks module.

One directory

Whoever collects and whoever invoices look at the same record. Two lists is a missed due date.

What is this record not (and what should it not be mixed with)?

The word “customers” misleads inside an advisory firm. You have to say which list you mean.

  • It is not the advisory-firm book: those companies are not invoiced here because they are “your advised client”.
  • It is not the supplier directory and it is not the creditor directory. Purchases and other payments have their own record.
  • It does not file returns and it does not register the tax ID with the AEAT. It is not Fiscal.
  • It is not an “officially verified customer” badge. It is a working record.
  • Facturación is priced in Soles, pay-as-you-go. The trial is 15 days.

FAQ

Is the invoicing-customer record the firm’s book?

No. It is the sales-customer directory: who you bill. The advisory-firm book is the companies you advise. They are different lists.

What data does the record hold?

Tax ID and details, issued-invoice history and due dates, with a fit with collections. It is not a pipeline CRM.

Can I see what is overdue?

Yes. Due dates live on the record. Collections fit here; treasury and banks are a different conversation.

Does an advisory firm use this screen?

Yes, to invoice its own service customers. Not to replace the book of companies it runs in labour or tax.

Does Vacly register the tax ID with the AEAT?

No. It stores the tax ID so you can issue and follow up. It does not file or certify.

What does it cost and how do we try it?

Facturación is priced in Soles, pay-as-you-go. The trial is 15 days.
