The short answer

AEAT form tracking is there to prepare the 303, the 111 and the other returns for the period, see the status (draft, pending, filed) and keep the history. It does not send the form to the Agency on its own.

Anyone searching for “AEAT forms” or “303 111 tracking” usually has a deadline spreadsheet, an email from the advisory firm and a certificate that is about to expire. The work is to have the form ready and know each company’s status.

Vacly Fiscal is €12.90/month VAT incl. 15-day trial. This page prepares and tracks. Official filing depends on certificates and your advisory firm. The [VAT summary](/producto/fiscal/impuestos), the [calendar](/producto/fiscal/calendario-fiscal) and [settlements](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones) are sibling pages of the [Fiscal module](/producto/fiscal).

What does it mean to prepare and track AEAT forms (without filing them yourself)?

It is the period board: which form is due, what status it has and what is left from last quarter. It is not a button that files on the AEAT site.

  • For the SME: you see the period 303 or 111 without asking “have you filed it?”.
  • For the advisory firm: the same list across the book. A client is not lost because their spreadsheet was different.
  • Preparing means building the draft from what is already in Fiscal. Tracking means seeing whether it is still a draft, pending or filed.
  • Filing history stays. Last quarter is not wiped when you start the next one.
  • Vacly does not file the form with the AEAT for you. The official channel depends on certificates and on who holds the authorisation.

Which forms are prepared: 303, 111 and the rest of the period?

An SME quarter is not one sheet. VAT, withholdings and, if it applies, IRPF sit together. The software has to list them, not mix them.

  • The 303 is the period VAT self-assessment. It starts from the [summary](/producto/fiscal/impuestos) and the [settlement](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones), not from a guess.
  • The 111 groups employment and professional withholdings. Preparing it here is not the administrative trámite of the same number.
  • The other period forms (115, 130 or others you actually file) are tracked with the same rule: one per obligation, with a status.
  • We do not invent a form you do not file. If it does not apply, it should not appear as if it were mandatory.
  • The [VAT and IRPF settlement](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones) calculates. This page turns that calculation into a form you can review and track.

How is status tracked: draft, pending and history?

The delay does not start on the 20th. It starts when nobody knows whether the 303 is still a draft or already out.

  • Draft: the form is being prepared. The figure can still be reviewed.
  • Filing status: pending or filed, according to what is recorded. We do not claim a status you cannot see on screen.
  • Filing history: the previous quarter stays searchable. You avoid “what did we file in April?”.
  • Multi-company book: the advisory firm filters by company and form. The SME sees only its own.
  • The [tax calendar](/producto/fiscal/calendario-fiscal) flags the deadline. Status lives here. Two screens, not one.

Who files the form with the AEAT?

Official filing is not a sync. It depends on an electronic certificate, on who is authorised and on the AEAT site or the advisory firm’s software.

  • Vacly prepares and tracks. The official channel does not leave from a button on this page.
  • The certificate and the authorisation are handled by whoever files: you, your adviser or, if it applies, the Administrativo module for trámites.
  • If the certificate expires, the form does not go out. A VAT summary does not fix that.
  • Filing late is a matter with the Agency, not a status the software “repairs”.
  • Review the draft. A well-tracked 303 with a misread base is still a bad 303.

How is this different from Administrativo 111 and 190 trámites?

The same form number is not the same screen. Mixing them gives you two jobs and no reliable status.

  • Administrativo covers trámites: TGSS, certificates, RED authorisations, notices and, among them, 111/190 filings.
  • Fiscal AEAT forms cover preparing and tracking the period: VAT, withholdings and the other returns in the book.
  • Do not use this page for hires, leavers or the certificate store. That is not a 303.
  • [Register books](/producto/fiscal/libros-registro) feed the close. They do not replace the form.
  • Accounting and Banks are not treated here as automatically connected. The form comes from Fiscal, not from an invented statement.

How Vacly Fiscal handles this

[Vacly AEAT forms](/producto/fiscal/modelos-aeat) are prepared and tracked by period: a form calendar, drafts, status, a multi-company book and history. Official filing depends on certificates and your advisory firm. They are part of the [Fiscal module](/producto/fiscal), together with [taxes](/producto/fiscal/impuestos), the [calendar](/producto/fiscal/calendario-fiscal), [settlements](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones) and [register books](/producto/fiscal/libros-registro). €12.90/month VAT incl. 15-day trial.
