What is the document upload portal?
It is delivery: client or employee leaves the file. It is not the classified archive and it is not the official filing.
- Low-friction upload: the document is delivered, a file is not assembled. It lives in [upload files](/producto/administrativo/subir-archivos).
- For the advisory-firm client: there is no need to forward to the firm’s mailbox.
- For the employee: they can deliver a company paper without going through clock-in.
- Later classification: getting the type right is not the entry condition. The firm orders it afterwards, in the [document manager](/producto/administrativo/gestor-documental).
- Receipt alerts: you see that it arrived. The alert is not an AEAT acknowledgement and it is not an email sent on its own.
Who uploads, and why is Time not required?
Time is working hours. Administrativo is the paper. Mixing them forces a clock-in to deliver a contract.
- The Time module is not required to deliver a document. The sentence is the product.
- The advisory-firm client uploads without a clock-in account. The employee can deliver without opening time control.
- What arrives enters the [document manager](/producto/administrativo/gestor-documental) circuit (pending/received) and the [repository](/producto/administrativo/documentos).
- A receipt alert does not classify. It only says the file is there.
- Pending documentation remains indicative: if nobody uploads, the gap stays.
What does “upload without Time” and classify later mean?
Some software ties delivery to clock-in. This portal does not. The caveat is the product.
Client or employee
Whoever has the paper delivers it. They do not have to be the person who clocks in or who files.
No Time module
Upload lives in Administrativo. Clock-in is not required to leave a PDF.
Later classification
The firm orders it afterwards. The receipt alert is not the classification and it is not an official filing.
What is this portal not (and what should it not sell you)?
It is not clock-in, Fiscal, RED or your advisory firm.
- It is not the full [document manager](/producto/administrativo/gestor-documental): here you upload; there it is classified and seen as pending or received.
- It is not Fiscal. The 303 and the [VAT settlement](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones) are not filed from this door. A 111/190 as an administrative filing is not the period VAT.
- It is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. Vacly Solutions SL does not replace your adviser or advisory firm.
- No agent sends the email, posts a journal or files a form without a person. The receipt alert is not a filing.
