There is no importer in the product. The path is to work in Vacly and export files, not to empty the office in a day.

Sage Despachos is an office program with its own scope. Vacly does not replace it entirely. It covers hours, payroll, invoicing, documents and the filings described in its modules, with the portfolio in one login.
