Which firm we are writing for
We write for the advisory firm that already has a3 (or a cousin) and will not do a rip-and-replace. The partner does not want another two-year rollout. The labour lead wants the client to stop sending the PDF by email. Admin wants an inbox and a portal. Nobody at that table asks to “kill a3”. They ask for a client front and a payroll month they can walk. If you want homologation, SILTRA or a live bridge that empties a3, say so on the form: we will say no. That no is cheaper than an invented yes.

The client uploads. You classify. The multi-page PDF is split, read and signed in the portal. You walk the book without a mail thread per company.
Who should stay on a3 only
If the requirement is SILTRA, AEAT/TGSS homologation or a live connector, stay on a3 for that piece. Vacly does not replace that seal. Lying would be the easy shortcut. We do not take it.
