Time control, shifts and clock-in
The rota stops living in a WhatsApp group. You publish shifts, the team clocks in and you export hours. The working-time record sits on time control and in digital working-time record 2026.

Invoicing and digitising invoices
Suppliers, tickets and the VAT quarter are not another spreadsheet. You upload the PDF, review tax ID and VAT, and the data continues. The sales page is digitise invoices. The module is Invoicing and the inbox is Invoices.

PDF, image or XML/Facturae. You stop copying the tax ID from paper into a cell.
A person reviews the batch
The AI proposes. A human validates. It is not a closed journal entry and not a filing with the AEAT.

VeriFactu: the 2027 calendar
Digitising the PDF is not VeriFactu. That verifiable invoicing regime applies on 1 January 2027 for companies (IS) and on 1 July 2027 for the self-employed (RDL 15/2025). The definition and calendar are in what is VeriFactu.
What Vacly is not for retail
The store gets a rota, clock-in and the invoice batch. It does not get a POS or a substitute for judgement.
