Clock-in on the perimeter
A paper timesheet does not survive three sites. You set the radius, the tradesperson clocks in on the perimeter and, if they clock outside, the incident stays. The working-time record is on time control and in digital working-time record 2026.
Office is not the site
Geofence on site and not in the office, if that is the rule. It is not one radius for the whole company.
Hours by plot
You export the trail by site for payroll, the advisory firm or Inspection. Fewer loose sheets in the van.
Material notes and subcontract invoices
The warehouse PDF and the subcontract invoice are not another spreadsheet. You upload the file, review tax ID and VAT, and the data continues. The sales page is digitise invoices. The module is Invoicing and the inbox is Invoices.
Material and subcontract
PDF, a photo of the delivery note or XML/Facturae. You stop copying the supplier tax ID in the office on Friday.
