The short answer
The certificate store in Vacly Administrativo holds the company certificate or each client company’s, warns when it expires and leaves it assigned for signing SEPA, RED and form filings. It is a working archive. It does not homologate Vacly Solutions SL before the AEAT or the TGSS.
Anyone searching for “company digital certificates expiry” usually has a USB stick in a drawer, an email saying “your certificate is expiring” and a Friday when the 111 will not go out. The work is to know which certificate is alive and which company it belongs to, not to collect copies.

What is the company digital certificate store?
It is where each company in the book keeps its certificate, with expiry in view. It is not the certificate on the PC and it is not a tax-agency seal.
- Store per client company: each record has its own. Without assignment, signing a filing is guessing whose USB it is.
- Expiry: you see what is running out. The [Certificates due to expire](/producto/administrativo) report is indicative: it warns, it does not renew the certificate at the FNMT.
- Assignment: the certificate is tied to the company. The advisory firm does not mix A’s key with B’s filing.
- Signing [SEPA, RED and forms](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-111): the certificate is the key. Official sending is closed by whoever is authorised, with a human.
- It is not homologation. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. Storing the certificate does not make you an official filer.
What is assignment and signing for?
A loose certificate is useless if nobody knows which company it belongs to. Assigning and signing are the same job: the right key on the right filing.
- Assignment per client company: an advisory book lives or dies here. An SME with one certificate still needs the record, not a file on the desktop.
- SEPA signing: the certificate goes with the file when the filing asks for it. Preparing the debit is not collecting; signing is not sending without review.
- RED signing: [authorisations](/producto/administrativo/admin-autorizaciones) and TGSS filings need a live certificate. Without a RED authorisation, the rest does not start.
- Form signing: the [111](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-111) and the [190](/producto/administrativo/admin-aeat-190) are filed with the company’s certificate. A human reviews the draft.
- The [Windows certificate](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados-windows) is another screen: the one already on the machine. This store is the book’s, not the desktop’s.

Some software sells “the certificate in the cloud” as if that were enough. Three facts matter here, not an icon.
Store
The company certificate or each client’s sits in Administrativo. It is not a list of loose AEAT stamps: that is another page, [certifications](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificaciones).
Expiry
You get a warning before the cut-off. The warning does not renew, file or write to the FNMT. If it expires, the filing does not go out.
Assignment
Each client company has its own. Signing one firm’s RED with another’s certificate is the error this screen avoids.
What is this store not (and what should it not sell you)?
Storing the certificate is not filing, not getting homologated and not Fiscal.
- It is not an AEAT or TGSS seal. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by either.
- It does not replace the adviser or the advisory firm. The certificate is the company’s; whoever files is whoever is authorised.

FAQ
Is Vacly homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS?
No. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. The store holds the company’s certificate; it is not an official seal.
Does the expiry alert renew the certificate?
No. It warns. Renewal is done with the issuer (FNMT or another). If it expires, the filing does not go out.
Can I assign a certificate to each client company?
Yes. That is book assignment. Without a record, you sign blind.
Does this file the 111 or the RED enrolment for me?
