The short answer
Company labour and administrative documentation in Vacly is a per-company repository: contracts, certificates and official Social Security and AEAT downloads. The advisory-firm client can upload. Firm and client see the same file. It does not file forms and it does not replace your adviser.
Anyone searching for “company labour documentation” or “contracts and certificates archive” usually has a network folder, an email full of PDFs and a certificate nobody can find. The work is to have one place per company, not to chase the last attachment.
Administrativo is included with the Laboral module · advisory firms. 15-day trial. Vacly Solutions SL is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. Official filing, when it applies, uses the company certificate and a person. Reports (Summary, Pending documentation, Certificates due to expire) are indicative.
What is company labour and administrative documentation?
It is each company’s working archive: labour and administrative papers in a repository, not in an email thread. It is not the period form and it is not time tracking.
- Repository per company: each client or each company has its own archive. Without a record, the document has no owner.
- Contracts, certificates and official downloads: what already came from Social Security or the AEAT and what the company must keep. Document types, not one junk drawer.
- The advisory-firm client can upload. There is no need to forward the PDF to a mailbox that then gets lost.
- Visible to firm and client: both sides see the same repository. Less “can you send it again?”.
- It lives in [Documents](/producto/administrativo/documentos), inside the [Administrativo module](/producto/administrativo). It is not the Fiscal inbox.
What is stored: contracts, certificates and official downloads?
The repository does not invent papers. It orders what the company and the firm already handle. If it is not uploaded, it does not appear.
- Contracts: the document of the relationship, not the TGSS enrollment. Enrollment is another filing, in [TGSS enrollment](/producto/administrativo/admin-tgss-alta).
- Certificates: the ones the company must have to hand. Expiry is seen in indicative reports (Certificates due to expire), not as an official seal.
- SS and AEAT downloads: what was already obtained through the official channel. Storing the download is not filing again.
- Document types: classifying avoids the “misc” PDF nobody reopens. Day-to-day fine classification lives in the [document manager](/producto/administrativo/gestor-documental).
- Pending documentation is an indicative module report: it flags gaps. It does not fill the gap on its own.
What does “visible to firm and client” mean?
Some software keeps the archive only at the firm. Here the client sees it too. The caveat is the product.
Repository per company
Each company has its place. The firm does not mix A’s contract with B’s certificate.
The client can upload
They deliver the document without needing the Time module. The upload door is [upload files](/producto/administrativo/subir-archivos).
The same visibility
Firm and client consult the same archive. Nobody sends the Friday “just in case” PDF.
What is this archive not (and what should it not sell you)?
Documents is not Fiscal, not the RED system, not a seal and not your adviser.
- It is not period AEAT form tracking and it is not the VAT settlement. That is Fiscal: [forms](/producto/fiscal/modelos-aeat) and [settlement](/producto/fiscal/liquidaciones). A 111/190 as an administrative filing is not the quarter’s VAT.
- It is not homologated by the AEAT or the TGSS. Vacly Solutions SL does not replace your adviser or advisory firm.
- It does not send an enrollment, a termination or a form. Official filing uses the company certificate and a person. No agent files on its own.
- It is not the [document manager](/producto/administrativo/gestor-documental) (pending/received circuit) and it is not only the [upload portal](/producto/administrativo/subir-archivos). The archive assembles them.
- It is not the [digital certificate](/producto/administrativo/admin-certificados) store used to sign. Documents are kept here; the signing certificate lives there.
