What is a document manager between firm and client?
It is the shared folder with a trail: who uploaded, what is missing and whether it has been received. It is not a dead archive and it is not the quarter’s form.
- Folder per client: each company in the portfolio has its place. Without a folder, the PDF goes back to email.
- The client uploads. The firm does not have to ask for the same document three times.
- The firm classifies. Uploading is not filing: someone sets type and criterion.
- Pending or received: you see what arrived and what did not. The missing-item alert does not fill the gap.

What is the circuit: upload, classification and gaps?
The manager does not invent the document. It assembles what the client delivers and what the firm orders.
- The entry door can be [upload files](/producto/administrativo/subir-archivos). The Time module is not required to deliver a paper.
- Later classification: the client does not have to get the type right first time. The firm orders it.
- Pending: it was asked for or it is expected. Received: it is there. Changing the status is not an acknowledgement before the Administration.
- Missing-item alerts: Pending documentation is an indicative report. It does not send an email on its own and it does not file a form.

What do pending, received and the missing-item alert mean?
Some software sells “the client already sent it” with no status. Here the status is the product.
The client uploads
They leave the document in the folder. That does not replace signing or filing. It is only delivery.
The firm classifies
It sets type and criterion. A loose unclassified PDF is still noise.
Pending or received
You see the gap. The missing-item alert does not write to the client or file with the AEAT.
What is this manager not (and what should it not sell you)?
It is not email, Fiscal, a seal or your advisory firm.
