The short answer

Vacly accounting export extracts journal entries by period as CSV and usual formats. You leave with a file. There is no live push to a3, Holded or Sage, and no universal ERP compatibility. Vacly does not homologate and does not file with the AEAT.

Anyone searching for “export journal entries to your program” usually wants to stop retyping the journal by hand. The work is to generate the file for the reviewed period, not to sell a magic connector.

Accounting pricing is on request, according to the modules you contract. 15-day trial. The base is the [chart](/blog/plan-contable-empresa-gestoria) and [validated journal entries](/blog/asientos-contables-revision-validacion). The advisor still signs the close.

What does exporting journal entries mean (and why is it a file)?

It is a working output: the period journal, in a file you take to your program. It is not a live bridge.

  • By period: you choose the cut-off in [Accounting export](/producto/contabilidad/exportacion-contable).
  • CSV and usual formats. You leave with a file. You import it where the official journal is kept.
  • There is no live push to a3, Holded or Sage. The sentence matters: we do not soften it.
  • There is no universal ERP compatibility. We do not claim it “fits everything”.
  • It does not replace the advisor. Exporting does not file and does not deposit.

Which journal entries go out, and which do not?

If you export proposals, the destination program inherits the error.

  • The base is the [chart](/producto/contabilidad/plan-contable) and [validated](/producto/contabilidad/asientos) lines.
  • [Pre-accounting](/producto/contabilidad/precontabilidad) proposes. Until you validate, do not treat that line as exportable.
  • [Closing](/producto/contabilidad/cierres) stops someone editing the period while you extract the file.
  • The source invoice lives in [Invoicing](/producto/facturacion). How it is digitized is in the [guide](/blog/digitalizar-facturas-precontabilidad-iva).
  • Tax and Banking do not push the journal. VAT and reconciliation are other screens.

What does “a file, not a live push” mean?

Some software sells the connector. This page sells the file. The caveat is the product.

File

CSV and usual formats. You download it. Import into the other program is yours or the firm’s.

Not live

There is no push to a3, Holded or Sage. If the other system changes, the file is still a file.

No universal ERP

We do not claim compatibility with every program. You fit the usual format you use — not a magic connector.

What is this screen not (and what should it not sell you)?

Exporting is not posting, filing or certifying.

  • It does not validate journal entries. That lives in [review and validation](/blog/asientos-contables-revision-validacion).
  • It is not [P&L](/blog/cuenta-perdidas-ganancias-periodo) or the [balance sheet](/blog/balance-situacion-fecha). Those views can also be exported as working material; the journal leaves here.
  • It does not file with the AEAT. Tax is another screen.
  • It is not a bridge to your ERP. It is a file.
  • It does not replace the advisor. The close does not travel in the CSV.
